We will gladly cancel or change orders completed online through BloomenDirect up to one day prior to the scheduled delivery. Consumers must contact BloomenDirect at 1-866-696-6006, (905) 238-8880 or changes@BloomenDirect.com. Cancellations made up to one day prior to scheduled delivery qualify for FULL REFUND. We are unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

We are unable to accept returns on perishable gifts. Any quality issues concerning flowers purchased online through BloomenDirect should be addressed to 1-866-696-6006, (905) 238-8880 or changes@BloomenDirect.com.


 SUBSTITUTION POLICY

When ordering catalogue items, it is sometimes necessary to substitute flowers. In an effort to maintain the appearance and style of the arrangement, the following guidelines are followed:

  1. Great effort is made to maintain style and colour scheme.
  2. When specific flowers are requested, flower type takes priority over colour.
